I had already installed the plasma led tail lights along with the front turn signal bulbs. I have just installed the halogen conversion kit and it made a 100 percent difference! But now, when I turn the headlights on, my front turn signal/parking lights go off. The turn signal will light up when activated but no parking light.
Is this normal on an 1968 XR7?
That is how it works. They are parking lights not running lights.
I believe if you move the parking light wire on the light switch and attach it to where the tail lights hook up , you can have parking lights on when in the park mode or headlight mode
