Wow, is that new orange ever bright!!
It is now being reassembled; sure is fun … NOT … aligning the fenders/doors/cowl cover/hood!!
Reassembly photos are here … http://harrya.webs.com/apps/photos/albu … d=11222443 and will be updated frequently.
Still working on getting all the windows to roll up/down properly; replacing regulators, adjusting the guides, etc…
Geez, Harry, YAHOO is putting it mildly…
It’s getting to be quite a looker!
Real happy for you. Thanks for all the pics

See my latest Gallery photos in album 1969 Eliminator Restoration Completed.
Just waiting now for the guy to come apply the Eliminator stripes.
Lookin Good !
Wow! looks really great.
IT seems like there are two escalators; the one going up is filled with nice cars like this one. And then the other escalator going down, filled with cars that are being left to rot into oblivion. Maybe some day all that will be left are restored cars, and cars too rough to be restored… Oh well, it’s Friday and happy hour is almost here.
Indeed!
WOW! What a stunning job on your Eliminator Harry. Job well done.
Steven
Update…
The car is still not fully completed!!! Took it back to the bodyshop (paint shop) to get the re-assembly scratches/scuffs and other paint problems fixed. Seems my car is not very high on his prioriy list (so what else is new!!); he’s had it now for almost 2 months and everytime I call, he says “I’ll see what I can do”. When He’s finally done, I’ll get the E stripes applied; not sure he’ll be able to do it in winter; my garage isn’t heated and I’m in CANADA!! But at least I’m not doling out the cash any longer like the last 2 years!!
Cheers.
You did get the stripes oddity resolved didn’t you?
Yes, got another set that tho not perfect are much better. Strange how they make these kits and they aren’t consistently the same. You’d think with a computer and proper graphics programs they’d all be the same AND perfect.
