Just an FYI that you may already know. the accessory set up on a 1969 is unique to that year. Front cover out. The Balancer uses a 3 bolt pattern for mounting the crank Pullie to it A unique bracket for the P/S pump and another one for the alternator. The outer brackets for the above mentioned are the same as a 66 to 69 289 or 302. For 1970 the water pump discharges on the oppisite side of the 69. So a different front cover out. Timing mark is read from the other side from the 69. The crank Pullie uses a 4 bolt mounting system. The alternator uses another style adaptor bracket, but the P/S pump does not require one. An interesting thing for the 1970 the alternator uses one belt and the water pump and P/S pump use another. Finding al the parts you need may make it easier to go with a serpentine set up.
Good luck and let us know what you end up doing.

i thank you for the info and help .
The block is a 1989 351w
putting it in my 68 cougar the 302 swap .

wanting to run my procharger .
its a Driver Side and
will be in the way of my power steering thats Driver Side also .
Do they make a bracket to drop the power steering down more under the supercharger ?
Keep them both on the Driver Side .

cant find anything to put the power steering on the pass side with the alt .
was thinking does anyone make a bracket to put the power steering lower and keep it
on the driver side .
just go lower under the procharger ?

or just take some cardboard and make a template for a custom bracket to mount the power
steering lower . to clear the procharger ?
just thoughts ,what do you guys think .
this is gettting to be a pain lol

I have a pan and pickup sitting around, but it probably wouldn’t be worth it to pay to ship it from NC to KY when you can buy one cheap enough from Summit.
Probably if you’re going to run a procharger you might have to do a gilmer or serp drive anyway.

the newer ,mustang has a small power steering on the pass side .
can get that and modify the bracket to fit or make a custom one
run the hoses under and over to my rack.
also found electric ps pump im loooking into .

ty for the help . ill figure it out .

yeah ill look on summit or something for a oil pan .
