69 power window harness pics

Hello All. Does anyone have a picture of the black master power window harness switch connectors showing the wire color positions within the clamshell connector? I only need a view the rear windows connector section. The clam shell connector popped open and the wires came out of the shell. I put them back according to the schematic but one is no longer working, which they did before. I want to make sure I didn’t mix something up before delving deeper into the situation. Thanks for your help.

Not a picture but the WCCC free download of wiring diagrams includes a page on Power Windows. It take a little study but you should be able to figure out the connections from it.

Here’s a picture of a '70 that may be the same. The wire colors are generally good but some have had splices that hide the color.

Here’s another

Hi Tom.

Thanks for the pics. You confirmed I did get the connector wired correctly. I traced the issue back to the individual window switch. That one was a ‘new’ replacement I bought some time ago failed. Stuck an old one in and it started working. I always love having two problems at the same time. Pics are much appreciated. BTW, I have both the 69 and 70 wiring harness books and the master switch connections are the same per the schematics.

Glad you were successful. I had a lot of issues with mine and had created some specific circuit diagrams showing the switch configurations for the window movements and a long troubleshooting writeup. I’ve attached them any future reference. I did end up moving all of them to relays but it doesn’t seem that has been necessary for anyone else. I can share that if you’re interested.
