Brake issues, botched 4 wheel disc setup

Bought a 69 cougar that was a factory manual drum brake car but was converted to a 4 wheel disc power brake setup and I’ve run into several issues.

  1. Booster has a leak so I’m replacing. Booster was modified to fit so I believe that’s how it came to be leaking.
  2. I have no idea what kit is on this car
  3. Looks like they didn’t change out manual brake pedal and I assume I’ll need to change out the brake support as well.
  4. I don’t think I have the right proportioning valve.

I would appreciate any feed back on what I need to replace doing a disc/disc setup the right way.

The brake pedal support should have holes for both pedal pivot points. My 69 XR 7, which originally had manual drum brakes, is set up this way.
