Yes it was getting hot and why i wanted to put electric fans on it .
Ive put on a shroud it helped but still gets hot and figured out why .
It has stuff floating in it and cores are particularly plugged . Not flowing like it should.
Going to a 24" 3 core and shroud and getting a better fan got rid of the flex fan already.

If you’ve got a lot of crud in the coolant you can add a coolant filter on the upper radiator hose to strain the fluid. I have an Aeroflow though there are plenty of others available.
