This thread is where you will put nominations for Ride of the Month for February 2012.

All you need to do is to identify the car and the owner. A picture of the car would be helpful if you can locate one.

As a reminder, here is how it works:

We will nominate cars until the 25th of the month,
then vote from the 25th to the 1st of the following month, and announce the winner.

A new thread honoring the winner will go up just as quickly afterwards as possible. Then we start all over again.

The winning car will be pictured at the top of the Forums header for the month, and then included in the ROTM calendar.

I like both cars, but I’ll use my vote to second the nomination for SeanD. I’ve been admiring his car for a long time and would love to see it recognized before he has to part ways with it.

Jan-O’s car was on my list, as well, but, also wanted Sean recognized before I win the lottery and buy his from him…LOL.

I’ll second Jan’s '68. We featured it on The Curb years ago and I know he’s been adding to it since then.
Anyone who can build a classic just to drive on the 2 sunny days they get each year deserves some recognition! :wink:

Jan, that does look nice. What size are the rims, (back space) tires, are they 18’s
Also do you have any other pictures of the car on hand?

Yeah here is a couple more, sizes are front 8X18 with backspace of 4.517 inch, rear is 9.5X18 with backspace of 5.031 inch, too liitle rubber on the front wheels tho, so i´ll have to get some other tires in the front.

How’d you get the Boss wheels with custom backspacing? I looked into those pretty seriously, but, every dealer here told me no way on custom b/s! I wanted the 9.5’s for the back, as well.
