Front Disc Brake Schematic for 1970 XR7

Does anyone have a schematic of the front disc brake assembly for a 1970 Cougar XR7? It’s been a few months ago I dissembled them for rebuild and some of the rubber bushings I am not certain of how to reinstall. Read through the internet and couldn’t find anything.

The factory shop manual shows everything you need.

Well this was a new experience. I made up a PDF of the pictures in the shop manual but you can not download a PDF on here so I took a picture (jpeg) and posted that. So it’s a little grainy but you should get the idea. You will get a better idea if you watch the link to Youtube for rebuilding the caliper.

Thanks to PopsOtto! Good catch on the PDF issue. I have changed the settings to allow pdf. I don’t know yet how big they can be. Could you try and see if it works for you?
