The three spoke rimblow steering wheel is a part of the Decor Group, which is shown on the Marti report. In the case of this particular car the center woodgrain and emblem should look like the one shown in post #13. The woodgrain will match the woodgrain surrounding the instrument cluster and passenger side dash panel. It is hard to say 50+ years later whether the car left the factory with the XR7 center piece or if it got changed out later in life. Unless of course there is something about the wheel in any original paperwork that may have come along with the car.
