I came across this and thought it was pretty funny:

Wow that was unbelievably lame.
Annoying sequential turn signals?
What’s he talking about.
Ash tray placement would be a very important selling point today…
Dodge’s “original body design” is derived from putting a 69 Cougar in Dodge’s studio, covering it in clay and resculpting the lines to look just a little bit different. This was an article I saw many years ago in Mopar Magazine. I like all 3 cars.
fomoco’s pony car’s vs mopar muscle car, LOL, that’s not fair(lane)
For the time ashtrays were important.
Slapping a young lady upside the head with a pair of gloves for the wrong answer, wow… Think how that would go over today. Notice most of the digs they made against the Cougar were addressed in the 71 Cougar. I would take a 70 Challenger over a 70 Cougar in many scenarios.
There are quite a few of these Mopar sales training/comparison films on youtube. They are all amusing in their way, and I find them all very entertaining. I was watching one that compared the '60 Chrysler to the '60 Mercury and there is a continuing “bit” where one of the three salesmen sitting there listening to the narrator is forever leering at the model demonstrating the features of each car. It turns out she’s a twin, and two of the guys go off with the women!
At the end of the day, you’ve got to sell what you’ve got, right?
