Instrument Cluster Reflective White

Hello All. Anyone have input on what was the Reflective White Paint used in the bucket of 1969 instrument cluster and clock? Either original or what is a good substitute?

I used gloss white spray paint when I refurbished the gauges on my cars. Replace the melted diffusers and install new bulbs. Pic is from my Mustang. My Cougar’s gauges are lit from the front.
