Ls swap in a 67 cougar

Honestly, could not positively identify a Chevy LS, or a Ford Modular in a pile of engines. Maybe if they have the plastic cover installed I could.
The sad thing is, I have continuously owned a LS based engine since 2001. I just never think about it, it always starts and has never leaked a drop of oil. My current 2005 GMC has over 230k.

The Visegrip Garage is installing a Chrysler Hemi into a square body Chevrolet P/U. Derek is doing it because us fellers and felletes, think that there is something wrong about this kind of conversion. He is past the part where the ‘lightning whirlers’ and ‘fuel make it happener’ are installed. He is a U-tuber.

A decent XY GT, GS, V8 Fairmont or even a Tribute built out of a 500 is worth big dollars these days. For the cost of Faffing around with the integration of an LS, and then making it look like a Cleveland, you could build a monster Cleveland (with injection) and the car would be worth much more to many more people.

Just because you can, doesn’t mean that I am going to like it…

In this day and age, it is apparently OK for a bloke to get around in fishnets and stiletto’s… good on them… but doesn’t mean I am going to like it either.

(Bummer, I may have just got myself banned from ever visiting Canada or NZ)

At a car show in Iowa, I saw a 429 installed in a Honda Civic. Now that’s a decent engine swap, although the car is probably a bit front-heavy on the twistys.
