Things Seem Different!

Don what’s the rest of the story on the $375K Cougar?
Steven

It wasn’t Cougar 1, for whatever that comment is worth

Thanks Jim -

Thought it was a low price for Cougar 1 anyway

That just leaves the Cougar 406, the Cougar II prototypes, the Boss 429 race cars, the Bud Moore Cars and the HFII XR7-S

Since we apparently aren’t going to get the whole story, that comment is worth a lot. Process of elimination…

Good to hear from you Jim.

Thanks Jim. As Al stated a process of elimination.

Or the "Unicorn " W code A/C non GT-E Cougar.

“Dodge is a damn fine car! Ran over my wife with a Dodge…”

The Cougar that recently changed hands at $375k was not of super-car status. The buyer asked that I keep it under my hat for the time being.

That makes it even more intriguing! I’ve been out of the loop for quite sometime, but $375K for a Cougar seems like a lot of money. It’s not the V8 Interceptor by any chance?

All original rare car, we have seen several break $200k this year

I’m not to keen on the parts availability and prices as I embark on restoring my first G. I think there will be some pucker moments as I hunt down some parts. Luckily I had most of my brightwork done a few years ago. Door panels to me are my worries.

Crazy how prices on some of these cats are going through the stratosphere.
