Trying to find out what size tires I should get

I have a 67 cougar and I just bought 15x7 cougar rally’s by wheel vintiques what size bfgoodrich tires do I need 225 or 235 ?

225/60R15 is very close to the original tire diameter. New was 25.8", and the 225 series tires are 25.6", despite being a bit wider than the originals.

195/70R15 is even closer, but seems a little skinny to me, esp. in the back.
