I was out of town hunting but wanted to reply as I appreciate your input.
I know most of you guys are out there are 67 to 70 cougar owners but i just had my 73 painted and the dashboard was out during the process and i have the exact same problem afterwards. So i just want to know if the tips/advice shared here appies to the 73 years as well. I haven’t pulled my dash yet to start troubleshooting yet but hopefully I can get around to it soon.
For the most part yes. Except you have a printed circuit board to check as well.
Thanks xr7g428 i didn’t know that. I will assume this circuit board is located behind the dash near the cluster. May be a little while before I get around to it. I’ve never removed the dash personally so this will be a learning experience for me.
