Yeah, hard to find those. Had the car out today for about 50miles and ran well but did stall again coming off a light and fuel filter was empty again. Tank about 3/4 full now. Started right up though. Hmm.
The good thing is it is on eBay and a lot cheaper :

Filler neck arrived and excuse my green horn here but where is the hose going and does it eliminate need for vented cap?
Thatās not the correct filler pipe for a 70 - with or without CA emissions. There should not be a hose attached to it.

Hmm, bummer. Thank you. I should have put 2 and 2 together but the price made me hasty.
It might be a 70 filler neck. But modified to add the hose for some reason. If it fits, you could have the hole welded shut and install it.

I was wondering about that possibility too. Maybe they replaced the CA emission tank with the standard 22 gal and just connected the charcoal canister to the modified filler neck. That would vent any positive pressure in the tank to the charcoal canister. I think you could hook it up that way, anyway.
