The pitting is bad. Any body got one? Question, were these on the Eliminators, or the hertz cars? My guess owner installed, but not sure.

Ken at Ken’s Cougars might have one I bought one several years ago $125.00. More I think about might have been 10 or more.

My understanding is that the ‘70 Eliminators got those with a silver tinted inlaid Cougar and the ‘68 XR7-Gs got them with a gold tinted Cougar inlay.

I bet a jeweler would be able to re-plate the emblem.
Might double check with wccc. When i wanted to remove the cougar from our 67 trunk latch , he came up with a small cat emblem kinda like that
It was a 70s vinyl roof emblem if i remember

I saw one last year at turkey trot in Daytona; guy wanted $150 felt like that was a little heavy
