I guess there’s probably $100 worth of scrap there. Wonder what he thinks he might get for it.

Thanks! I do not feel so bad about the shape my 55 is in after seeing that!

Yeah me too, mine looks show room compared to that.
What do have.

Is that the Australian 55 Ford?

I will show you mine if you show me yours! (somebody skipping comments in a thread is gonna wonder about that one!)

Here ya go.
Is that a Crown Victoria?

Mine is a 2 dr Victoria hardtop not a crown. It is a diamond in the rough. Yours looks pretty nice and a driver.

That is one nice base for a hot rod. I daydream about building a '55 with a Cleveland/5 speed, like the two lane blacktop car, but with patina not primer.

Yours is sweet. :beerchug:
I wouldn’t even paint it. Just motor, welding, brakes, steering, and a total disregard for public safety.

Sometime when you have a chance I would like to get details on the 302 installation. Pics commentary etc. What are you running for mounts and exhaust etc. Thanks!

The 302 was already in the car when I bought it. The PO did a nice job on the install.
Told me the donor was an 81 Granada.
It’s running dual exhaust with glasspacks and SS tips, sounds really nice.

Did any of you guys see the Hot Rod TV episode where Bodie did the '60 Starliner with a full custom frame and put a Ford GT engine in it? Unbelievable.

see my sig line. they used the latter part on that rig!

LMAO, “cubic bucks”…I love it.
