Just came across this
I know it’s easy to see that this is available and to move it to the “later” part of your list. However getting these sold is essential to raising the money to do the next reproduction part. There are many parts that are no longer available because they sold too slowly to justify a second production run. Only 350 of these are being made.

If I had 7 or 8 I would have already given my credit card #. But since I have a 9. I don’t think it fits my application. But c’mon people help a brother out!!!

350 is not alot, gotta move on these before they’re gone for good. Family bought one as an early xmas gift for me & Lola. She doesn’t know it yet… but she’s gonna be one happy cat to have that beauty installed.

Hi Bill, since they’re being produced already… wanted ask you, is there any chance of the chrome gauge cones pair going up for sale as a standalone item? some of our cars don’t need new gauge lenses etc but the cones are still nasty. Thanks.
I tried to make them that way but the clearance inside the clock lens would not allow for the screw.
Its not terrible pulling the cluster out and then taking the instrument panel a part but I think you are going to only want to do it once. In particular the fascia pads are very brittle and you have to take that off to take it a part. If you look closely at the lenses they are beginning to show what 60 years can do to plastic. I also recommend doing light bulbs at the same time for the same reason. Do it once and do it right is a good motto with fragile complicated stuff.
I should add that the reason for doing the lenses is how bad the cones look.

OK good info. Then I think i’ll just pick up a lens set from you then and do it all at once. Since I’ve already restored the dash pad & upgraded to LED backlighting, better to have perfect lens and cones where the whole thing will look as new. Thanks much👍

My set was just delivered today, and man they are incredible in person. They’re like jewelry! It’s rare to find any reproduction part that is THIS good. Kudos Bill, the hard work on these definitely shows.
