1967 Std. Dan Gurney Special - 68k miles

Live on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/181641420851?forcerRptr=true&item=181641420851&viewitem=

Nice untouched CA car with original plates and no rust! Note on 68k mileage: we don’t have documented proof of the mileage, but based on the condition of the interior and the rest of the car, we feel it’s likely accurate.

(The interior in this car is the highlight, in my opinion. All original and it looks this good!)

We shot a video the other day to give a complete overview of the car. We’ve found that this is easier and more effective than writing a million words and taking a million pictures. (If a picture speaks a thousand words, does a video speak a million? Maybe.) Anyway, check it out here, or view below:

Again, here’s the eBay auction. Thanks for looking!

Once you watch the video, we have a question for you gurus about the rear armrests.

In the video, Don assumes that early '67s didn’t get rear armrests, until the XR-7 came out. His thinking is that because the armrests have the XR-7 texture, this must have been the case. However, this particular car is in fact a late 67, so that theory may be out. Does anyone know a determining factor for which 67 Standards did and did not get the rear armrests? Was it simply an option you could select at the dealership?
