1967 tilt/tilt away column

I purchased what I believe is a '67 tilt/tilt away column. The column does not have the plastic flex material and has the solid rod for the tilt away so I’m fairly sure it is a '67. While inspecting it the tilt mechanism did not work well. I was careful in disassembling, my first mistake, and found the latches were sticking. I tore them down, applied lube then reassembled. They work very well. All other pieces are tight and in good condition. I began assembling and cannot figure out how the one cone piece is fixed to the lower aluminum portion of the tilt mechanism. I found two threaded holes that look to be locking type (6-32) thread. Wondering if there is any exploded diagrams available for this vintage tilt/tilt away column?

Any help would be appreciated.

We call those pivot pins, here is how to remove them.

I have the sticky pin issue all figured out and is working very well, thanks for the video.

I’ve attached two photos of what I need reassurance on.

One photo has two arrows pointing to threaded holes, wondering if those two holes are used for set screws to anchor the first lower bell? The bell i’m talking about is in the second picture. Any direction would be appreciate it.

The picture with the two holes is showing holes for a gear shift indexer for a tbird or lincoln with tilt/tilt-away columns. The second hole is a drain hole for moisture the best I can figure as nothing mounts to it.
