Hi Folks. I am restoring a 67 cougar. Researching new wheel lip mouldings. I found a seller on ebay who makes them in his shop in GA. Has anyone seen or used them? I also see classic industries sells them, thoughts? Mine are “eaten” from being in the northeast, so not good for cores, and rather not spend 700 plus for a restored set if I can help it! Thanks!
Although not concourse correct , i remember an article about installing 69ish mustang mouldings on an early cougar
Maybe 15 yrs ago
West Coast Classic Cougar has a video on using Mustang repop wheel lip mouldings on 67/68 Cougars. Not concourse but work well in drivers/cruising cars and reasonably priced.
use repop 67/68 Mustang wheel lip molding. You’ll have to cut to fit cheap option. Watch video WCCC.
I have a whole Set NOS in Ford wrapper.
But its in Germany right now.
If Interested we can discuss by PM please.
Thank you
Joe
