I am working to restore the interior trim items while my car is at the body shop and have some questions about restoring the decor door and quarter trim panels. The decor trim on the quarter trim panels is staked in with fold over tabs, is the same true on the door panels? The clear coat on the the chrome trim has turned a gold/ brown color, what is the best method to restore that trim? Does that trim separate from the rhino vinyl or is it one piece, I cant tell if the heat has caused the pieces to bond together or if they are made as one piece?
