1968 Mercury cougar two door coupe. Equipped with numbers matching 302 two barrel V8, & 3 speed AT. New: fuel tank and lines, 4 tires, heater core, gearshift bushings, carpet, and rebuilt carb. Repainted stock light yellow/biege color by AutoWorks several years ago. No rust, straight body, paint is nice. Minor pitting on the stainless steel trim. Rust free under coated frame and floors. All glass is excellent. Runs and drives remarkable. No knocking or funny noises. Shifts smooth. Rust/moisture free trunk. Sequential turn signal’s. The interior looks good and presents well, the originals front seats could be recovered. To the best of our knowledge the car has 119,000 actual miles, the title is exempt. My friend acquired this car from her grandfather who purchased it in the early ‘80’s, he can no longer drive.
