I had a phone conference today with the development team at Dynacorn today and they are Thrilled with the sales on the newly released Cougar items. They have a 69 in hand and are going to develop valances, rocker trim, deck trim, doors 1/4’s and much more. What we need help with is finding a mostly complete 1970 Cougar within 200 miles of Camarillo CA or someone from beyond that can deliver. They are likening the Cougar products to what transpired with the Broncos. As soon as all the panels became available, all the rigs that could not be fixed came out of hibernation. The more Broncos that show up at Sema and other venues the more the fad catches on and a self perpetuating trend emerges. Thrilled beyond belief that garbage like my 69 Eliminator now becomes a viable project car. Don’t give up on that pile under a tarp in your backyard just yet!
Good news! getting the rocker panel trim repo again would be great.
As long as they get the quarter panels right, '69 vs '70!
Out of curiosity, how do they define “mostly complete” for the '70? Are we talking just a rust free roller with all the sheet metal and bolt on panels? Or are we talking about a running / driving car?
Roller… They are not interested in making interior or drivetrains.

I was just talking to someone about that the other day. The best part to come of the repro panels is all the cougars with body damage that had been rate holed are going to start popping up! Should be good all the way around and maybe it will start more parts like interior pieces being reproduced in the future.
Wonder if this would work.
