Hey everyone does anyone know the oz balance weight on the original 1969 351w 2v FMX flexplate?
Also, I believe the amount of teeth on it is 164.
I am in process of ordering an AOD for it and need to know.
Thanks!

Yes, all of the early 302/351s were 28oz-in. I was able to use a 70 FMX flexplate on my AOD but I think that the 88-90 351W F-150s had the 164 tooth flexplate for 28 oz-in as well.
The AOD flexplate is the same as the FMX. If your FMX plate is good there is no need to change it. Swapping from C-4 and C-6 will need to change the flexplate due to diameter or offset differences.
I think that you mean an AOD torque converter can bolt up to an FMX flex plate.
You cannot use an AOD flexplate on an early 351W, it has the wrong balance factor.
An AOD flexplate is not the same as an FMX flex plate.
