A real R-code 69 428 Sport Special with Ram Air and factory a/c. A true 1of 1 car- the only C-6 R-code sport special made with the D- package (Packages came A-D. The D package is the most options). And it was originally sold here in DFW at Downtown Lincoln Mercury.
Full history and documents including Build sheet, Marti report, Eminger report, and letters from Kevin Marti dating to 1999 calling the car “the most optioned 428 SS”. Featured in Mustangs and Fast Fords April 2005. Documented with pictures back to restoration.
Very good condition. A/c works but could be colder. Mods include rear discs, traction bars, wood steering wheel, radio with CD changer, and Edelbrock intake. I have a correct CJ intake and correct steering wheel. Correct Ram Air cleaner and flapper and factory cut hood.
I hate to sell this car because it is so unique and rare, but I am losing my storage.
