1969 cougar xr7 shorty headers

I have a 1969 cougar xr7 351w and a fmx transmission that im looking to add shorty headers. Anyone know what headers work?

I have a 68 with a 69 351W that has Doug’s Tri Y headers. I originally had a C4 in the car and over the winter put an AOD in. Did the swap without touching the exhaust. Spend the extra for ceramic coating as mine look same after about 8 years. Think the number is D669Y.
