I am doing up my '69 428 and want to do the Eliminator stripes myself. Anybody have a template? I have the stripes just don’t know how they should go. Thanks.
The stripe is not strait the whole way. Above the center of the wheel it has a slight curve to parallel the body line as it heads to the front. The word ELIMINATOR is level with the rocker moulding.
It doesn't have to be perfect, there have been some unrestored cars with original paint and stripes that were sloppily put on.
