You are not going to get much of an answer to your question with just one photo and next to no information about the car. Just looking at the one photo I can already see that the car is missing the COUGAR emblem that goes on the decklid, it has blacked out 1970 taillight bezels, it has Sport Special rocker mouldings (is it an actual Sport Special?), and it has a hood scoop which probably is not original.

You say that it has been repainted. Was it a rust and accident damage free car to start with? Or was it a rust bucket that needed a lot of sheetmetal replacement? That information makes a difference along with the quality of the workmanship. Is the engine and transmission original to the car? Numbers matching? How many miles on it? Which transmission does it have? What condition is in the interior? All original? Or redone? What other options does the car have? Options can add to the value. Does the seller have a Marti report for the car?

If you really want an answer to your question then you need to provide more information. We are not mind readers here. Without the proper information all we could do is to offer guesses.

Not an XR7 so no emblem needed for deck lid. I have the 69 tail light bezel’s but I like the 70’s so I bought a set as my first Cougar had them. Yes it’s a sport side car 390/C6 trans numbers matching car and I have the Marti report. Hood scoop and keyed hood pins added and like. Had a little rust in door corners and the rear window lower corner passenger side some small dings on both side’s. Interior all redone stock.A.C. But not working, Drum brakes all 4, New vinyl top, New springs front and rear, ball joints upper and lower, sway bar bushings ect. Floors and sub frame and trunk solid and original so no not a rust bucket!!! Ps. Sport side rockers and tail light bezel had pitting so sand blast and paint. Thanks hope this helps KW.

Ac compressor and hoses mia

Cant tell if the related a/c stuff is there by the pics.

Im sure amazed you could get a big block with 4 wheel drum brakes

A standard (non XR-7) Cougar will have a COUGAR emblem on the decklid. It is shaped just like the one on the quarter panel with the difference being the one on the decklid is attached using two sided tape so there will be no mounting holes in the sheetmetal.

Sport Special Bullet head is not on the Passenger side?

Those are two different green 1969’s. beme’s 1969 ( with the 1970 rear taillight bezels - first image ) does have a pass. side sport special ‘bullet’, and the front fender 390 emblem. Whereas mopauly1965’s 1969 Cougar is just the regular ( one stripe ) rocker panel molding. Two different, but same color Cougars !
