As it is a bumper hitch it likely(?) wasn’t used to pull much.
It looks like the kind U-Haul used to sell to customers who rented a trailer.
Can’t tell if it’s an M-Code 4-barrel.
I messaged him; it’s a 2bbl. Apparently “SOLD”.

Yeah, interesting. When I copied and pasted the pic it cut off the VIN - I didn’t see that. Would have had me even more interested. Thanks for the info; albeit too late for me.
A lot of folks converted their 4V cars to 2V during the 1974 - 1979 gas crisis thinking they would get better mileage with the 2V. It could be they swapped the entire engine or just the intake. Worth investigating.
