I think your 'firm price" expectation is to high in today’s market for what your offering. Rust free body is worth about $4,000 and the restored parts about $3,000 so lets be generous and say you should be price around $8,000 - $9,000 Looks like it could have been a hounds-tooth model which is more rare & desirable.
