I’m putting the cat back together, but I need some help in where to put some of the parts. I have a plastic bag labeled “Frt Valance” with these parts in it. Where do they actually go on a 1970 Cougar Eliminator?

Those look more like the window stops for either the door or quarter windows. Not used on the valance panel.
Trixie beat me to it, but those are 1/4 window stops.
