1970 Seat risers

As I am replacing the full floor in my 1970 CJ Cougar, I bought a full floor pan that came with Mustang seat risers. I just spent some time measuring them and comparing them to one I took out of the car and 2 used ones I got to use. I find they are the same. I was under the impression that the Mustang and Cougar used different ones.
Was it maybe the XR-7 uses a shorter set? Or was it maybe the 67/68 did?

As they are the same I thin I’ll use the new parts.

Not sure about 1969 - 70 Mustang / Cougar seat risers but they are quite different in 1967 - 68.

Hello Neal, The seat riser stamping for the floor pan is the same on all 70 Cougars.
Not 100% certain that the 69 & 70 seat riser stamping are identical, however, I believe them to both be the same height and taper angle in comparison to each other…from year to year.
