I have found a 1970 Cougar Eliminator partially restored and can’t get a VIN report, Carfax can’t find the VIN. Where did you get your VIN report? My VIN is OF91HS72799.

It is not a factory Eliminator. Your vin is also incorrect. It is 0(zero not the letter o)F91H5(not S)72799

i finally got last years Christmas presents fitted and set. Mirrors will come back off to be painted later.
