hello I live in az and got this 72 cougar in a package deal of 5 cars and trucks this is the only one that runs. body is straight with no rust use to have a landu top but its gone, car needs paint and a good clean up. it has the 351c 2v engine, so far I’ve bought a 4bbl manifold, holley 670 dominator carb and 1in spacer (the old 2bbl leaked at acc pump) still have to install everything. I believe the car had A/C there is a condenser but that’s about all. previous owner put 20in tires and they rub the fenders, I just bought some 15in wheels that’s going on. i hope to get this on the road soon.

Interesting… I have the same engine in my 71 and was considering the manifold and carb upgrade myself. Let us know how that works out for you. You won’t have the high compression or cam to go with it, but it should still be a decent bump.
