351 Cleveland 4V engine idea

I bought a 70 Cougar with a supposedly rebuilt 351 C 4V my plan was to change cam and lifters to roller and replace intake put a gear. Cam drive new roller rockers ect also I wanted a Heights front and rear suspension
To install the front d
Suspension you need to pull the engine and transmission so we decided to look at the engine to see what had been done.
It had been rebuilt but the builder had no idea how to break a cam in and it had eaten 2 lobes a scattered the metal everywhere as is usual. The crank is 10/10 and just needs polishing and I had bought all the parts I mentioned above.
This is what is really important the bore is good and stock, never bored ,heads are closed chamber and look new and I have new springs to match my cam which is a Speedway that is the same specs as a Comp Thumper, which I tried to get,
Anyway I was just really mad and bought a new Ford 9 plus liter engine and a transmission to handle the 740 ft lbs of torque
So now I have all those parts plus a looks new AOD
Which is all in my garage.
So guys what should I do part out this stuff or have it built and put it in an old pickup or offer it for sale as a new really rare engine and transmission set up.
I know stock bore Cleveland s are rare and if I have this one built it should be really good and oh yeah I bought a new lock up converter for the AOD.
Help me please as I already have $150,000 in this car and it is not finished yet

Cleveland owner here. Clean it up with a basic rebuild and sell it as a running engine. Cleveland’s don’t bring the money they used to in years past, at least around here. Or cut your losses and sell it for parts as is.

I think your best bet would be to try and sell the parts-Unless you have something else you could use the engine in. Currently a pretty tough economy all over, not a great time to try and sell anything…
