The plastic face bezel is broken with a large piece missing on the far left side so this cluster is only good for parts. There are differences between the 67 XR-7 cluster and the 68 XR-7 cluster. The differences in the wiring harness and the different lengths between the two main instrument pods would be the biggest. It is hard to tell from the photos but I think that this one is a 67 as the wiper switch knob appears to be the thinner 67 style.
