Nice! Those seats are in really good shape for originals. Have they been recovered at some point?

48,000 miles last driven in 1973 original

Just dumped about 10 gallons of varnish out of the tank this week Surprisingly clean For something that has sat as long as It has

Do not reuse the tank. Change out the tank and fuel lines. The tank will be lined with shellac. New gas will dissolve it and it will cause stuck valves and bent push rods at the minimum. I have destroyed 2 390s by failing to take this advice.

Nice car. I like original best of all.

Door handles would nice clocked so they are straight in line with the arm rests.

Time machine awesome!

I second this sage advice. Tank, lines and I’d even go so far as a carb rebuild.

And a rebuilt fuel pump. Nice project!!!

So what these guys said before, anything that deals with fuel replace it! Sitting that long its all dead, its all cheap and easy to do with the hardest being rebuilding the carb but thats even not too bad.

She does appear to be in great shape! It wont take much to get back on the road and doing burnouts in short order
