Hello. I have a 67 and had upgraded the headlights to the cat eyes electric doors and h4 headlight system a couple years ago. It has worked great until recently. My left Low beam will not work.
If i hit the hi beams, everthing works. I have swapped bulbs, etc, nothing fixes the issue.
Is it possible for a bad switch to affect only 1 lowbeam light?

Although, going off the diagram in the manual, I’d say no the dimmer switch on the floor controls both sides at the same time. Or at least should…
One wire for the low and another wire for the high. They both split at the driver side front headlight connector to go to the passenger side headlight.

My educated guess would be wire or more likely a connection in the wiring somewhere. Trouble shooting that stuff is frustrating!!!
thank you for the replies. I have been chasing this thing like crazy. I cannot find a broken wire. The harnes is very clean. I was thinking the in-dash light switch. Frustrating for sure.
If you are using a dc voltage tester of some kind, try starting at the light socket and work your way back. Patience usually prevails, good luck
