There are a couple more photos in the listing. Seller has not responded to request for VIN and date plate info.
I realize they could be additions but am puzzled by the hood scoop and pins. Is this more than advertised?

Just to be clear, I’m not in a position to buy this, no matter how tempting. If someone here is interested, I say go for it!
(I’d be happy to assist with inspection, etc., but it’s in Phoenix area and I’m in Tucson, so I may not be best choice if there are others closer.)

Hood scoop yes but not a XR7G or GTE from looking at the other parts in the picture.

XR7-G were only 68’s not 67’s
You are correct, the Indy car I was responding to was a 1968. Both Cougars the 67 and the 68 might have original GT-E hood scoops as they look old and weathered more than a reproduction scoop might be at it’s age. Just a thought.
