Don I think you are right 206,000 is probably closer to the actual mileage.

6751 actual miles. Only driven in the winter time during snow storms and salt on the roads. Always sat outside in the back yard in the sun and rain. Now for the bad…the hood doesn’t fit right and just needs adjusted.
all kidding aside for the price it could be fix or a nice parts car. XR7 so most likely that’s a 4 speed not a 3 maybe even a big block…you never know. I’m going to be near Appleton tomorrow so I might have to take a look.
Good eyes on the manual trans. I missed it untill I zoomed the photo. Good Luck Boss !
Man I missed that clue. Didn’t notice the straight drive shifter. Keep us posted on what you find.
