I couldn’t agree with you more Randy, I actually have called them twice to see about coming and inspecting the vehicle and they have not returned my call. I will call them again today.
I didn’t understand when the other gentleman mentioned there was no data plate, to say, I was surprised when I discovered the data plated been removed from the auction. I was I was taken back and basically very surprised.
I’m just looking for a driver, but this company seems very very shady
Is that just my opinion or do you feel the same way?
I called Friday morning and left a message. I called Monday morning. Left a message. I called this morning and left a message. I’ve not heard back from them.
Kind of think I might have dodged a bullet on this one
Talked with the Receptionist and one of the helpers there. She strongly suggested that any questions be directed to: info@alexcooper.com Ask for more pictures, condition, whatever you desire. Just like Bringatrailer or Ebay. Of course best if you go see yourself. April 17, Lot #996.
I would pass on this car for several reasons. Too high an opening bid. Too high a buyer’s premium. A lack of information regarding condition. The engine/transmission swap. The lack of communication from the seller is also of no help. If you are close enough to go and view this car in person then you should be close enough to make the trip to the Carlisle Ford show. I would suggest that you consider attending that show (if you have not already considered that) as there will probably be some Cougars there for sale.
Thank you, Randy. That’s exactly what I’m gonna do. I have decided not to even bother bidding on this car, very shady operation extremely high buyers premium. I’ll take my time. I’m just looking for a driver.
