Best fuse box location to have “key-on power” for electric choke, Edelbrock carb ? Thanks

I used the “STA” terminal of the alternator for the electric choke.

Second this. STA terminal gives you power only when the engine is running, which is perfect for the electric choke.

STA terminal on the alternator is where Ford connected the electric choke on later cars.
