Just curious what the going rate is for the 68 GT with a 4 speed and what is currently available.

Yes, needs some correct parts, interior work and general TLC for sure. I think if you want to put the time into it parts wise you would be Ok around that asking price. My guess the top of the market for a really nice 68 XR7 GT 4 speed would be around $35,000.
Crazy that this Cougar is here in Arizona and I have never seen it before. Looks solid, and if someone is serious I can check it out for them.
I would think a top notch 390 GT 4 speed Cougar XR7 could possibly bring as much as $50K with good options and desirable color combo.

How about the door panels? Seems like a lot has been changed on this car.

That’s odd, I wonder if they are wired to act as turn signals or lighted marker lights. That’s not easy to reverse without body work
