It’s a scam listing. Only one (poorly chosen) pic when others can be found, no contact info and minimal description that was copied from another ad.

At first i was going…Crap…Crap…Crap! as having a 67 XR7 GT seeing a high quality restored one for sale at $17K was disconcerting to say the least.

I’ve flagged the craigslist ad. It was the fraudulent seller that was “crap”. I feel better now.

I like the ad, but have to ask…where in the world would they have gotten a 6.7 0-60mph time for the Cougar GT? I think that’s a good couple of seconds “hopeful” 
OK. 0-60 in 6.7 sounds somewhat optimistic but have seen times like that before. Heck. this one says 6 sec with a 14.6 sec. quarter mile.

Not as far off as you would think as long as you can get the tires to hook up. I was only using a g-meter but was seeing 7.5 sec 0-60 times and that was in mile high Denver with a C6. Do have a bit better heads and exhaust but nothing radical.
But the internet is a wonderful thing. One webpage states that I am better looking than Robert Redford in his prime! I really do need to update that site. Think I’ll go with George Clooney this time
