68 Hertz XR7-G for sale

It was done to a very high level and is numbers matching!

RED!!! But it sure is pretty!!! Whoever buys it will be pleased.

It’s the original color the car was painted in 1968 - Cardinal Red.

Guess the price?

It’s gorgeous! I would love to have a numbers matching rent-a-racer! Restorers must have thought wide oval meant Firestone tires

The tires on the car are wide oval Firestone radials that are the original size but XR7-G’s all came with BF Goodrich radial tires originally.

IMHO…. $95000. Why do we HAVE TO HAVE complete sentences???

Not sure what you mean but it cost $150K to restore the car- that’s a big number and it doesn’t include the purchase price or transportation,

Ok. So I’m WAY OFF!!! Not in my price range anyway. You rich guys can fight over these cars. I’ll stay in MY LANE. Nuff said

With so few XR7-Gs being available and sold over time, I assume it’s difficult trying to pin down a fair price on them. Hopefully better exposure / education on these brings a nice price for this restoration.

The Firestone Wide Oval reproduction radials do look better than the BFGoodrich E70-14 (surprised they weren’t F70-14?) blackwall radials it came with. I hope they get their money back for that beautiful but costly restoration.
