Not mine. Eddie did this a few years back. Still didn’t get the front blinkers on the right side…
Nice car, though I don’t think the ‘dealer demonstrator to show off 1970 options” makes a whole lot of sense given the 390 wasn’t available the next year, and the whole body style changed. But I’m sure there’s some documentation to back that up. Nice that it’s from a dry climate. I have a similar car but with a 4 speed, XR7, I hope to get to someday.
I’m always suspicious of any ad that says “frame-off restoration”.
I have a project 69 xr7 conv for sale, also a 390 4v car which comes with lots of extra parts.

Details on your car @polanskys ?
The car is a project car. We did the suspension and brakes. It ran until 2 years ago when I ran the tank dry. I am not getting fuel to the carb currently. I have the original 390 but it is not in the car. Engine in the car is a mix of 428 and 390 parts including an aluminum police interceptor intake. My son started to sand the paint in parts. Torque boxes are good. Some rust in corners of the doors but comes with an additional set of doors. 3 rust spots where the fenders bolt on. Floor on drivers side rear in front of seat needs patch, but otherwise look good. Typical rust in rear quarter panels. Also comes with 1 or 2 bumpers. I have to look for the second but one is a rechrome and still wrapped. Currently burgundy with a black interior. I also have an extra set of black or saddle interior that go with the car. Pick your color. I have a set of door panels in either color. Front seats will need to be recovered. I’m not sure if I have a rear saddle seat. Car has front disc brakes, a/c but compressor not on car, ps, pdb, tilt wheel, factory mag wheels. Car does need restoration but is solid. It has been to Carlisle a few times and was at the Cougar Nationals in Bridgewater NJ in the mangy cat class. Always driven to these. Asking $15,900.
