For those looking for a 1969 unit, this is not correct. It will need a C9WB engineering number. But will work.

Directly from the WCCC website. Other than the part numbers, the part I listed is indeed functionally correct for 69 or 70.
For 1969, the Ford part number and Casting number begin with C9WY.
For 1968, the Ford part number begins with C7WY.
Correct, and to expand on this:
D0WB prefix is for 1970 cars (like the real nice unit offered for sale here)
C9WY prefix is for 1969 cars
The above two are interchangeable
C7WY prefix is an altogether different actuator used on both 1967 and 1968 cars
