Mine doesn’t have them, but I like the look of the two chrome front end guards which both my previous 69’s had. Good candidates can be a little rough with surface scratches and some scuffs as long as they are not deeply gouged or visually rusty to the front. Mounting bolts and retainers would be a plus.

I’m sure you’ve done this but just in case, I set up a daily auto search on fleabay specifically for these and found a great set of cores for $50 about six months ago.
Note that when you do get a set, they might take a bit of tweaking to align when installed so don’t let a bit of odd bend here or there bother you though I assume you’ll most likely send them to Don in exchange for a refinished set.
I’ve been looking and hadn’t seen anything yet, so I tossed it out here in case someone had a ‘beater’ pair lying around. My bumpers are far from perfect, but no rust, so something like them would be great. I’m guessing Don’s would only make my chrome flaws stand out, and then I’d be buying a bumper, hood trim, extension trim…
I didn’t have the auto search running, so I’ll do that and put it on the back burner.
